• Demolding and Trimming – Workers carefully remove the formed blank from the mold, then manually trim it to remove rough edges and meticulously refine details for a smoother, more rounded shape and smoother lines.
• Handle Attachment – After trimming, the blank is handed to a technician who precisely bonds the handle to the main piece. This process combines exquisite craftsmanship with strict quality control to ensure a secure seal and a beautiful, harmonious appearance.
